Purchased an oil change and after refusing all the "Fluid Flushes" and other *** "maintenance upsells" they left the new oil filter loose that leaked and forgot (on purpose) to

put the new oil back in the engine!The Fat G.M.

named J.Ball said its not a warranty claim,so Nissans off the hook! They claim I should have noticed it before I drove off and got 1 mile down the street before the "service engine soon" light came on and the car locked up!Do they even train these guys!?

Maybe they should Drug check these idiots!Screw ups and they blame you the customer!

Monetary Loss: $15000.
